Description
The thing that sets the Caviar cake apart from the other cakes is that each cake is topped with smoked salmon rolled into rosette. Top all of that off with layers of my own version of cream cheese, eggs, onions, and capers and you get a smooth and savory texture and taste. Indeed, this pie tastes as good as it looks!
